FAQ

When can we check-in?

Check-in is available after 3:00pm, check-out is at 11:00am.

Our office hours are from 9:00am-8:00pm, daily.  If you will be arriving after 8:00pm, please notify us and we will be happy to set-up after hours check-in.  Managers live on-site so they can be reachable through an after hours phone number listed on your check-in sheet and posted on our office door.

Can we bring our pets?

With a huge stretch of beach, blocks of town, and a variety of restaurants, Cannon Beach is a great place to bring your pet!  And at the Sea Breeze Court, we are happy to welcome your pet and glad you plan to bring them for a vacation!

We do not charge a fee for pets, but do require a signed Pet Policy upon check-in which is an agreement that you will not leave your pet unattended in the room for any length of time, the pet will not cause a disturbance or damage, among other things.  The full Pet Policy can be found at this PDF.  Failure to abide by these rules may result in you being asked to leave our property and additional fees.  Please e-mail or call with any questions!

*All of our rooms are pet friendly.  If you require a pet-free room, we suggest you stay with a different Cannon Beach property. *

Is there parking?

Cannon Beach is such a walkable town!  Haystack Rock is just a 1/2 mile stroll down the beach, easy beach access is just across the street and downtown Cannon Beach is only 8 blocks away.  We are perfectly situated for you to hang up your keys and explore our local culture, eateries, and nature.  

We provide parking for one vehicle in our lot per room. Additional cars must find alternative parking. Street parking and a public lot are nearby. 

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens and after you make a reservation, you may need to make changes or cancel.  Please call to cancel or reschedule your reservation.

We require 72-hours notice prior to the 3:00 PM check-in time for the first reserved night for cancellation or modification to your reservation.  If you cancel or modify your reservation within those 72-hours or fail to arrive for your reservation, you will be responsible for the full amount of your reservation.

 

Reservations made 6 months or greater in advance must be cancelled or modified at least 30 days from the start of your reservation, at which point the guest will be responsible for the full reservation cost.

 

Cancellations are not verified until you receive a cancellation confirmation.

 

If you book with an online travel agent (such as Expedia or Bookings) you must cancel your reservation on that website.

Can I smoke on the property?

The Sea Breeze Court does not permit smoking or vaping of any kind on our property.  If you or your guests fail to comply with this condition, you will be subject to a $200 cleaning charge to the credit card used to make your reservation.
